Terms & Conditions


Due to the time it takes to acquire inventory and prepare food orders, all orders must be received 24 hours in advance.. Please note that some menu selections may require additional notice or a substitute may be required. Final counts must be confirmed at least 12 hours before delivery.


Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to delivery or pick up or a cancellation fee of 50% of the total food order will be billed.

Service Fee

A Service/Delivery Fee will be applied to all delivered orders. The fee is 5% of the total food order with a minimum of $5 for orders within 2 miles and $10 for deliveries over 2 miles from the store. This fee is not a gratuity. Our staff appreciate all gratuities which can be added upon request when the confirmation is emailed or when payment is made.

Sales Tax

Florida/Alachua County Sales tax will be applied to all orders that are not tax exempt. For tax exemption, please email your tax exempt certificate.

Payment Terms

As a small business we appreciate payment within 10 days of billing. An invoice/confirmation of order will be emailed prior to delivery. A final invoice will be emailed shortly after delivery. Payment in full can be made by check, ACH deposit, or credit card. We withhold the right to refuse orders from clients with unpaid invoices over 60 days. Clients will be responsible to pay all expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees associated with any action to recover unpaid fees.

Leftover Food

The client is responsible for food leftover after an event and for clean up and disposal of all serving items. An excess of frozen custard is always brought to events where frozen custard will be served by our staff. Leftover frozen custard does not belong to the client and will be returned to our store.


All orders placed with us will be kept private and used for the purposes of completing your order. Client emails will be saved for future contact regarding menu changes, events, and promotions related to our catering services. Your information will never be shared with a third party.
