What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Names and addresses
Every order requires the name of the person placing the order, the name of a contact at the delivery site, and the delivery address. These are all saved in our database indefinitely. This information is never shared with any 3rd party.
Orders
All the details of the order including the items ordered, the date and time, and the order total are kept in our database indefinitely. It is regularly used in our internal order history reports. We do not share this information with any 3rd party.
Credit card Information
This application uses Square® to process credit card payments. You can find Square’s privacy policy here.
We do not save your credit card data on our server.
Cookies
When you place an order cookies are used to help your browser remember some of your entries. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, and/or have created orders, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we need to keep for our own order history records.
Where we send your data
When an order is placed a Google bot check is run. This site uses Google Captcha V3. This process examines your IP address and click behavior to determine if you are really a human being placing the order. Other than that, we do not share any information with any 3rd party.
How we protect your data
Our site uses 128-bit encryption validated by an SSL certificate. The certificate is issued by cPanel, Inc. and is updated annually. Our database is run behind a firewall. The firewall is monitored and maintained by our web host.
